To ensure a smooth competition process, participants must strictly adhere to the following timeline:
July 09 to July 12 (Shooting Period): Dress up in your best cosplay attire, visit AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe, and record your video directly at the shopping mall.
July 13 to July 17 (Submission Period): Edit and finalize your video in the required format, then submit it to the Organizing Committee via the official registration link.
July 18 to July 30 (Voting Period): All valid videos will be approved and uploaded simultaneously to the official TikTok channel of AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe.
July 30 (Announcement Day): The Organizing Committee will compile the final data and officially announce the contest results.
Eligibility: The contest is open to both individuals and teams.
Submission Limit: Each individual or team is permitted to submit only 01 video.
Content Format: Participants can choose a free-themed approach by selecting one of the following two formats:
Format 1: Dance or movement cover to music.
Format 2: Cosplay costume showcase, which includes catwalk, posing, or in-character acting.
For a video to be accepted into the voting round, it must meet all the following technical and content criteria:
Video Format: The video must be recorded in a vertical format with a 9:16 aspect ratio (standard TikTok format).
Visual and Audio Quality: Visuals must be clear with appropriate lighting. Audio must be crisp, without static or extremely low volume.
Background Music: Participants have complete freedom to choose and edit their background music to best fit their creative concepts.
Content Standards: Videos must absolutely not contain any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Any violation of image and audio copyrights is strictly prohibited.
Scoring Method: The final results will be based 100% on the public, organic views accumulated on the video posted on AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe's official TikTok channel.
Winning Criteria: The video securing the highest total views by the end of the voting period will be declared the ultimate winner.
Security and Fairness Note: Any form of cheating, view hacking, or the use of invalid bot tools to artificially boost engagement will result in immediate disqualification to maintain a fair environment for all participants. The Organizing Committee's decision is final.
